Wintergreen Farm is a by-right residential community off of Old Lynchburg Road originally developed by Riverbend Development. The property is located on the edges of Albemarle County's designated growth area in Neighborhood 5. There are 85 lots within the development and the first phase of construction began in the summer of 2016. Riverbend sold the lots to Stanley Martin. [citation needed]
