Biography
Hill was the president of Hill and Irving Funeral Home. [1]
1950 election
Hill was nominated in the April 4, 1950 Democratic primary along with Gus K. Tebell. [1] The pair defeated Francis Fife who ran as an independent that year. [2]
1954 election
One of his elections was on June 8, 1954 and took office on September 1, 1954. [3]
1966 election
He was later an unsuccessful Democratic candidate for Charlottesville City Council in the June 14, 1966 election.
