Wiley Wilson is an engineering firm with offices in Lynchburg, Richmond, and Alexandria, Virginia.[1] They were retained in August 2009 by the Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority to conduct a conceptual review of the new pipeline proposed for connecting the Ragged Mountain Reservoir to the South Fork Rivanna Reservoir. Their report is expected to be presented at the February meeting of the RWSA Board of Directors[2]
