White Gables Pavilions is a 74-unit condominium complex located built around the historic White Gables mansion constructed by Hollis Rinehart[1]. It was developed by Weather Hill Homes. Access from Ivy Road is via a right-in, right-out intersection. Attempts by the developer to construct a traffic light at the intersection have been unsuccessful because the amount of traffic does not meet the warrants of the Virginia Department of Transportation.
