The University of Virginia Health Services Foundation (HSF) is the group practice for doctors associated with the UVa Medical Center. The foundation was founded in 1979 as a non-profit organization to serve administrative needs[1] HSF is a separate entity from the UVA Medical Center and hospital.

Morey Creek Professional Center
HSF is seeking[when?] to build a 100,000 square foot facility on Fontaine Avenue to house billing staff. The Albemarle County Planning Commission recommended approval of a request to rezone the land from residential to commercial use. [2]
