The United Jefferson Area Mobility 2025 Plan (or UNJAM 2025) was adopted by the Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission and the MPO Policy Board in May 2004. It served as the long-range transportation community until it was superceded by UNJAM 2035. [1]
