The UVA Hotel and Conference Center is a proposed 223,000 square foot component of the Emmet / Ivy Corridor at the University of Virginia. 215 rooms are proposed as well as 28,000 square feet of conference center space. The project is being designed by Deborah Berke Partners & Hanbury [1] [2]
