Biographical Information

C. Timothy Lindstrom is a former member of the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors who served three terms[1] before becoming the director of the Charlottesville branch of the Piedmont Environmental Council. He earned a bachelor's from Kalamazoo College in 1969 and a law degree from the University of Virginia in 1972. He left the PEC in the late 90's. [2]

Revenue sharing agreement

In 1992, Lindstrom wrote a thesis entitled The Charlottesville / Albemarle Revenue-Sharing Agreeement: An Informal History of Negotiations 1979-1982." It can be viewed [[1]].
