Timothy Hulbert is President of the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce.
His tenure as president began in March 2001. Before moving to Charlottesville, Hulbert lived in Troy, NY, where he was president of the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce[1].
As of 2010 Hulbert serves on the steering committee for the Local Climate Action Planning Process.
