Background
Timberlake Place is being developed by the Jefferson Area Board for Aging adjacent to the Mary Williams Community Center and will include a single housing unit in a redeveloped Timberlake-Branham House.
The group has secured a $1.9 million low-income housing tax credit.
Groundbreaking is set for May 8. [citation needed] JABA is hoping the facility will open by mid-2013. [1]
