Timberlake Place is a 27-unit affordable housing development for seniors that will be built in Charlottesville's Woolen Mills neighborhood. It is being developed by the Jefferson Area Board for Aging adjacent to the Mary Williams Community Center and will include a single housing unit in a redeveloped Timberlake-Branham House. The group has secured a $1.9 million low-income housing tax credit. JABA is hoping the facility will open by mid-2013. [1]
