New restaurant
The company will open a new facility at the Ix Art Park in 2017 that will allow for the tripling of its capacity and will include a restaurant with a German-style beer garden. The indoor space at the restaurant will be 5,000 square feet and the beer garden outside will be 6,000 square feet. [1] In June, Governor Terry McAuliffe announced that Three Notch’d had been awarded a $50,000 Agriculture and Forestry Industries Development (AFID) Facility Grant, which would be matched by Charlottesville’s Economic Development Authority. [2]
