The C&O

The C&O is a restaurant on Water Street. One of the older restaurants in downtown Charlottesville, it was founded by Sandy McAdams and Phillip Stafford in 1976. It was owned by Dave Simpson until 2013 when it was sold to Dean Maupin. [1] [citation needed]
