This page setup is super confusing. It redirects from "''The'' McIntire Building," but there's also a "McIntire Building" stub. This page is mostly about the lot, not the library. Maybe we should reorganize: this page is about the history of the library (some history of the building is logical/important) and "McIntire Building" is about the history of the building and lot. "THE McIntire Building" should also likely redirect to "McIntire Building" instead of here.
