I fixed it up a little and am going to document the decision elsewhere. Not sure where yet. But, Crow was at one point to have been closed, but that didn't happen due to delays in the Piedmont Family YMCA as well as continued failures of the Smith Aquatic and Fitness Center. Public-private partnerships occasionally don't go according to plan, and the details get forgotten. So I'm going to go back and document all of this again. --Seantubbs (talk) 12:36, 4 January 2022 (EST)
