Checking with city staff

There's something in the staff report cited here that indicates this will go towards Chesapeake Bay restoration. I'm asking Kristel Riddervold what that means exactly and depending on her response, I'd like to add a new category for TMDL Projects or something like that to track what projects this area is using to meet TMDL goals. --Sean Tubbs 14:36, 6 June 2011 (EDT)
