Stefanie Marshall is one of several plaintiffs in a lawsuit to stop the removal of the Robert E. Lee Statue in Charlottesville. She is an Albemarle County resident and chair of The Monument Fund. Marshall sent money in 2011 and 2015 to remove graffiti from the monument. [1]
