The Southern and Western Neighborhoods Master Plan is a plan for the futures of the urban areas west and south of the City of Charlottesville in Albemarle County, including Neighborhood 4, Neighborhood 5, Neighborhood 6, and Neighborhood 7. The plan has not yet been adopted As of August 1, 2013.[1] However, a draft of the plan is included as an appendix to the pending update to the Albemarle County Comprehensive Plan.[2]
