The SoHo Technology Center is a planned mixed-use building on Roosevelt Brown Boulevard that is being developed by the Piedmont Development Group. [1] The project did not need any further land use permits following Charlottesville's 2003 rezoning. It will be predominately office space with six residences on 9th Street. As of November 2015, the land is owned by a group that includes the Piedmont Housing Alliance.
