The Virginia Department of Transportation maintains a document called the Six-Year Improvement Program which includes all of the transportation projects that are anticipated to receive state and federal funding in a six-year planning horizon. The most recent program for FY2010 through FY2015 was adopted by the Commonwealth Transportation Board on June 18, 2009[1].
