Siips Wine and Champagne Bar and Bistro was a restaurant on the Downtown Mall offering several unique types of wine and champagnes and a full dining experience.[1] It was owned and operated by George Benford. It opened on December 26, 2007[2] and closed on February 19, 2012 after it was purchased by Anderson McClure who reopened it as Citizen Burger Bar.[3]

Siips occupied the space formerly occupied by April's Corner.[4]
