Siips Wine and Champagne Bar and Bistro was a restaurant on the Downtown Mall offering several unique types of wine and champagnes and a full dining experience[1]. It was owned and operated by George Benford. It opened on December 26, 2007[2] and closed on February 19, 2012 after it was purchased by an unnamed local restaurant owner who has plans to re-open it as an upscale supper club[3].
Siips occupied the space formerly occupied by April's Corner[4].
