Scottsville School Apartments is a 34-unit subsidized apartment complex in Scottsville that is managed by the Piedmont Housing Alliance. The building is the former Scottsville School which was renovated using Low-Income Housing Tax Credits as well as Historic Tax Rehab Credits. The project was completed in November 2012. [1]
