2011 election for City Council
Bandy was the first registered candidate for the 2011 election for City Council[2]. Bandy is originally from Fredericksburg and moved to the community in 1989. He is currently unemployed.[3]
Bandy has called for the construction of the Meadowcreek Parkway. [4]
Bandy and three other independent candidates have argued that a July 20 forum for the Democratic candidates in the race should have included them. [5]
