Roxanne W. White was Assistant County Executive for General Operations and Human Services of Albemarle County during 1994-2007. Upon retirement in 2007, White was succeeded by Bryan Elliott. White joined the county staff as an administrative assistant in [the county executive's office in 1986.[1]
