Rosa Atkins is the superintendent of the Charlottesville public school system. She was hired in July 2006 and received a new four-year contract in June 2015.[1]
Before moving to Charlottesville, Atkins was assistant superintendent of schools in Caroline County.
As of July 2017 her base salary is $202,000.[2]
