The Rivanna Trail is a walking and biking trail that circumnavigates the city limits of [[Charlottesville]]. The majority of the trail is rustic single-track trail, although some parts are paved. In addition to the 20 mile main loop, a spur trail runs along the western bank of the [[Rivanna River]] north of [[Belvedere]], and there are multiple smaller side loops, such as on around the Forestry Department off Fontaine Ave.
The trails are administered by the [[Rivanna Trails Foundation]], a nonprofit organization.
