The Rivanna Regional Stormwater Education Partnership consists of all organizations and local governments that hold stormwater permits under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Program. Outreach activities are coordinated by the Thomas Jefferson Soil and Water Conservation District. [1]
