Richard Fox is an Albemarle County farmer and candidate for the Republican nomination for Virginia's 25th House of Delegates District in the 2019 primary. [1] He lost to Chris Runion. [2]

Fox was charged with grand larceny in October 2020 for stealing a vehicle. [3]
