Richard Armstrong

Richard Charles Armstrong is an attorney for the firm Lenhart Obenshain PC. [1] He is one of ten candidates for interim Scottsville District Representative to the Albemarle Board of Supervisors following the resignation of Christopher Dumler.[2] Armstrong is running as a Democrat and has no prior experience in state or local government.[1]
