Rhodeside & Harwell is an Alexandria-based firm that is being paid by the city of Charlottesville to develop the West Main Streetscape. They will also be paid $926,000 to complete the update of the city's Comprehensive Plan. [1]

In 2008, the company worked on a master plan for the western side of McIntire Park. [2]
