Affordable housing plan

The Central Virginia Regional Housing Partnership is working on a plan intended to coordinate efforts to increase the number of below-market housing units across the six localities of the Thomas Jefferson Planning District. The title of the document is Planning For Affordability: A Regional Approach. (read the study)

Information

One of the projects of the partnership is the creation of a web portal and search engine for affordable living options in the community. The project has a cost of $25,000 and will be shown to the TJPDC Board in November 2020. [1]
