Richard Thomas Walker Duke, Jr. was a prominent Albemarle County jurist and civic leader in the early 20th Century.
Biography
Son of R. T. W. Duke, Sr. and Elizabeth Scott Eskridge Duke.
Electoral history
- 1904; Judge R. T. W. Duke was elected to the City Council representing the First Ward. On September 1, 1904 he was elected president of the 1904-1905 City Council.
