Paul Oberdorfer is deputy city manager for operations for the city of Charlottesville. He was elevated to that position from being director of public works in July 2019 by city manager Tarron Richardson. [1]

Oberdorfer came to the city in January 2017. [2]

He will leave the city effective December 31, 2020 to take a job as city manager of Piqua, Ohio. [3]
