Pat Enright
Pat Enright is CEO of Dominion Development Resources, LLC (DDR). Enright, a marine engineer originally from Connecticut, moved to Charlottesville in 2003 to work with Sperry Marine. In October 2007, he took the CEO position with DDR.
According to Enright, DDR is a full service development firm. In June 2008, Enright and DDR represented developer Wendell Wood before the Albemarle County Planning Commission during the final site plan approval for the Northtown Center development. [1]
In May 2008, Enright and DDR expressed interest in utilizing dredge material from the South Fork Rivanna Reservoir to fill an abandoned quarry owned by Dr. Charles Hurt which is near the reservoir.[2]
