Old Trail Village is a planned mixed-use community being developed by the Beights Corporation that is under construction in Crozet. Old Trail includes multiple sections built by multiple builders, a golf course, a shopping village and other amenities.
The development was approved in September 2005 with approximately 25,000 square feet of mixed commercial use, and 250,000 square feet in other commercial uses.[1]Over 2,200 potential dwellings are possible[2].
A senior living facility called the Lodge at Old Trail will open in May 2012. [3]
Sales
In 2009, the developer of Old Trail reported $18.9 million in sales, a 29% increase over the previous year[4].
