Octagon Partners is a Charlottesville-based development firm responsible for many projects in the community.

Martha Jefferson Property

Octagon purchased the Martha Jefferson Hospital on September 23, 2010 for $6.5 million. [1] They are renovating the building for eventual occupation by the CFA Institute. [2]
