Federally funded sewer upgrade

Sewer service in portions of Oak Hill is currently[when?] provided by septic fields. The Albemarle County Service Authority received a Community Development Block Grant to extend public sewer service to the neighborhood. [1] The ACSA is waiving sewer connection fees to allow homeowners to be connected to the system. [2]
