Biographical Information

Ned Gallaway is the At-Large member of the Albemarle County School Board. He was elected to his first term in November 2011, and was named Chair in January 2014.

Gallaway ran unsuccessfully for election to the Albemarle County School Board in November 2009 from the Rio District. He was also one of four finalists selected by the board to serve as a replacement for the at-large seat vacated by Brian Wheeler[1], a position ultimately filled by Harley L. Miles. Gallaway is also president of the Dunlora Community Association[citation needed].
