Missy Creasy is assistant director of Neighborhood Development Services for the City of Charlottesville. She manages planning, zoning, mapping, and grants operations for the city and serves as a staff liaison for the Charlottesville Planning Commission. She began working in Charlottesville in 1999 as a neighborhood planner.[1]
