Milestone Partners is a development services company based in Charlottesville. Milestone was founded in 2010 by Frank Stoner and L.J. Lopez. The company advises and manages municipal and neighborhood development projects.[1]
Milestone completed the Jefferson School City Center in 2012, and is currently managing the development of the Barnes Lumber property in Downtown Crozet.[2]
