Michael Mallinoff is one of three candidates for Charlottesville's City Manager in the spring of 2019. [1]

Biography

Mallinoff received a B.S. in Geography from the University of Maryland at College Park in 1981. He earned a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1987. [2]
