- 2008 – Nearly 1900 people from 28 congregations attended IMPACT's the second annual "Nehemiah Action" at University Hall on the Grounds of the University of Virginia. The City Council and Board of Supervisors both held special meetings allowing them to participate in the event. [1]
- 2018 – C-Ville FC plays its first match in the United Premier Soccer League [2]
- 2020 – University of Virginia President Jim Ryan announces plan to build between 1,000 and 1,500 affordable housing units on land owned by UVA or the UVA Foundation. [3]
- 2021 – Fry's Spring Neighborhood Association holds first candidate forum for City Council Democratic race. [4]
