(not sure I follow the new reference structure, but I added a new report - I want hyperlinks to PDFs be active in list of reports)
(Making this fit in the ref groups, but why should reader have to search for link at bottom when it could be at top inline in text??)

Studies related to the Charlottesville-Albemarle Community Water Supply Plan, including summary recommendations.

RWSA-sponsored studies

The Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority sponsored numerous studies related to the 2006 Community Water Supply Plan.

  • Water Demand Analysis, Vanasse Hangen Brustlin and O'Brien & Gere Engineers, Inc., October 1997
    • Recommends planning for water supply demand in 2050 to be between 18-21 millions of gallons per day (MGD)[study 1].
  • Feasibility Study for Upgrading the Ragged Mountain Dam, Gannett Fleming, February 2003
    • Includes engineering investigations related to design adequacy of Lower Ragged Mountain Dam with upgrade alternatives[ref 1].
  • Safe Yield Study, Gannett Fleming, January 2004
