Lisa Green is the chairwoman of the Charlottesville Planning Commission. She is a resident of the Belmont-Carlton neighborhood and a zoning officialwith Albemarle County. Green was appointed by Charlottesville City Council on October 18, 2010 to complete the unfinished term of Bill Emory. [1]
