Leah Puryear is a member of the Charlottesville School Board. She ran for a fifth term in 2021 but placed fourth and was not re-elected.
Puryear ran unopposed for another term in the 2013 election. [1] She also ran unopposed in 2017.
She was inducted into the Burley Varsity Club in 2017. [2] Puryear will seek a 5th term in 2021 and the race will be contested with four candidates seeking three positions. [3]
Puryear's last Board meeting was on December 2, 2021. [4]
