Lark on Main, formerly The Uncommon,[1] is a multistory mixed-use building at 1000 West Main Street that was completed in 2016. The developer is CA Student Living of Chicago. [2]
The building was fully occupied in its first year of opening. [3] The developers chose to pay $331,450.68 into the Charlottesville Affordable Housing Fund rather than build affordable units onsite.[4]
