The Uncommon is a multistory mixed-use building at 1000 West Main Street that was completed in 2016. The developer is CA Student Living of Chicago. [1]
The building was fully occupied in its first year of opening. [2] The developers chose to pay into the Charlottesville Affordable Housing Fund rather than build affordable units onsite.
