Kyle Redinger

Kyle Redinger is the co-founder and former chief marketing officer for VividCortex. [1]

Developer

In 2016, he petitioned Albemarle County for a rezoning for a development called Adelaide. [2] The Board of Supervisors not approve his application for a rezoning, leading to Redinger developing the project by-right.

In 2019, he told the Board of Supervisors that his Royal Fern proposal for land on Fifth Street Extended would be rebranded and resubmitted under the name Albemarle Business Campus. [3] On August 18, 2020, the Albemarle Planning Commission recommended approval on a 5-0 vote [4]
