Kenneth E. Davis (1922-May 11, 1973) served as a member of the city council from 1968 to 1972.

Davis was a former insurance agent, city councilor, chairman of the Charlottesville Republican Committee and was a member of the Thomas Jefferson Planning Commission. He was a Republican member of the Charlottesville City Council who was elected in the June 11, 1968 election and the 1970 election.
